Then a spacious 8-line section allowing for a thorough Work Description is followed by a 5-line Materials section. An important feature to this work order is that the service and materials totals are clearly defined with their own separate sub-total boxes.

Work orders, also known as WO forms, provide clear instruction of work requested that is assigned to an employee or employees. Most often the work requested comes from a customer but may also be created from internal sources. These forms are a great way to distribute work that is required after an inspection or audit. They generally can include goods or services.
