HOW TO ... ORDER FROM A TEMPLATE

1. SELECT TEMPLATE. Not sure exactly what you're looking for? We're here to help! Our extensive database of templates cater to most industries and have been proven functional in the field time and time again. Simply select the one that best fits your needs and away we go ... (don't worry if it isn't a perfect match for you - you'll have an opportunity to customize it further on).

2. PICK YOUR PRINT SPECS. After you've picked your template (which dictates page size), follow our easy to navigate drop-down menus to select your preferred print specs such as number of parts (copies), inks, numbering, bindery options, booking sets, cover print & quantity. You can toggle between different quantities to see how it affect your price (pro tip: higher volume = better unit price). If you require more than 750 forms, you can still order using our templates via the Large Quantity Custom Quote section (just plug in the template code when prompted).

3. UPLOAD YOUR ART FILES. It ain't really yours until we stick your logo on it! Upload your company logo / header artwork in the provided art upload box (preferably in a high quality EPS, AI, JPG, PNG or PDF format) and we will make sure to use it when building your proof.

4. PROVIDE YOUR HEADER INFO / SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. Most forms include company contact information in the header, such as mailing address, phone number, email, website, etc. Provide yours here. This is also where you can request changes to the form. If you need to modify our template to better fit your needs, explain the changes you want and our design team will happily make the tweaks while creating your proof.

5. CHECKOUT! Boom! You're done. Submit your payment & shipping details and we are off to the races! As soon as we receive your order confirmation, we'll get started on designing your proof. We are usually able to provide proofs (sent to you via email) within 1-2 business days. We NEVER proceed to print without your authorization.

6. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY. Once we have your approval, we head into production, which takes anywhere between 5-9 business days - depending on how rockin' the press department is. When your product is complete and heading out the door, we'll fire you off a notification with courier tracking information. We ship Canada-wide for FREE!

 

HOW TO ... ORDER WITH YOUR OWN FORM

1. DIGITAL OR OFFSET PRESS? Head over to our Custom Quote section tab and decide which production method is best suited to you. Our DIGITAL print equipment is the most cost efficient choice for smaller volume orders (750 forms or less) that have basic specifications. Our OFFSET press equipment becomes the efficient choice when you require quantities of 1,000 or more - or have unique specifications, such as perforations or uncommon paper colour sequences. Our online offset press price calculator goes up to 2,000 quantity, but we love tackling even larger orders - simply call or email our Support Team to get a personalized quote and learn more about setting up a high volume Corporate Account with us.

2. PICK YOUR PRINT SPECS. Follow our easy to navigate drop-down menus to select your preferred print specs. Remember: the offset press calculator will offer more customization options than the digital print calculator.

3. UPLOAD YOUR FORM. So you've got your own form - sweet! We are more than happy to print your existing design for you. Upload your ready-to-use form file in the upload box (acceptable formats include high resolution PDF, JPG, PNG or Word documents).

4. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. If you uploaded your form exactly as you want to see it printed, then this area can just be ignored. But if you need to give us some more information (such as a tweak you need made or a logo swap or anything really ...) do it here.

5. CHECKOUT! Awesome! You're done (man, that was easy!). Submit your payment & shipping details and we are rolling! As soon as we receive your order confirmation, we'll get started on designing your proof. We are usually able to provide proofs (sent to you via email) within 1-2 business days.
