The letter-sized Fuel Log | FL2 form template dedicates one form page to one specific fuel card. The table has 9 columns that require the cardholder to record extensive trip details such as date, destination, type of fuel, odometer and kilometres readings. What if the fuel cards is used by multiple operators or units? Simple! FL2 makes it easy to track usage by collecting a unit number and signature for each individual entry. As a result, this log is great for companies with larger fleets whose drivers transfer between different vehicles. Additionally, the 26 rows for entries allows for it to be used on a per pay period or monthly basis.
